Not worth it

I ordered the marble jeans and the quality is soooo bad like imagine the worst type of denim that doesn’t even feel like denim but plastic, they have loose threads and the sizes are sooo bad, too big on the waist but the zipper area pops out and the seams on my thighs have started to come undone after wearing them only twice. Don’t buy they are so expensive and not worth it even if the patterns are kinda cute it looks like I’ve tried to put my jeans in the cheapest printer going

I’ve seen a few adverts online and the pieces looked amazing, I tried to go on the website to order and they couldn’t make it more difficult - please improve the site so I can compulsively buy too much.
They had a whole menu section to pick which country but not items of clothing - the clothes were all sectioned into themes that you could find by clicking on pictures but not a drop down menu to pick clothing items etc

Great shop

Im from Belgium. My order came super fast even in this pandemic. Jeans aren’t the best quality but it’s nice and soft. Its exactly like the pictures.

Ordered my jeans a size to small and the team at Jaded was great in helping me send back my item and then track it to see how long it will take to receive my exchange. Would definitely recommend, plus the clothes are AMAZING quality.

WATCH OUT

I have been excited to order from Jaded for a while because I really liked the pieces that they sold. Last November on Black Friday, I spent about $160 on multiple pieces that I never received. I emailed them telling them this and they said the order was sent back to them and they already gave me a refund. It has been almost 2 months and they don’t answer my emails anymore and refuse to give me a refund even after I talked to my bank and card company. DO NOT RISK IT! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of online shopping.

Cloud borg Jacket, no refund, no email

Bought a cloud borg jacket from them. Received it with the right pocket sewn the wrong way round. Still waiting on a refund, haven't even received an email to say that they have received the product back. Tried to contact them complete radio silence. Appalling customer service from start to finish.

Terrible

I ordered a couple of items from Jaded and the sizing was a bit all over the place. My items should've been the same size, but one was too big and one was too small. Sent them back since they didn't fit, which you have to pay to do yourself, and I paid for tracked delivery so I would know when it arrived with them. They never acknowledged that they received my return, and I had to contact them asking what was going on. It took them 9 days to reply to my message and they claimed to have refunded me which just simply wasn't true. Luckily I paid with paypal and through opening a case with them I now have my money back. Won't be ordering from them again.

Stain on a t-shirt

I ordered a tee, really fast delivery, but it came with a quite noticeable stain on the neck. I've tried to get in contact with twice on email and contacted them on instagram as well, but no response at all. 0 stars for customer service...

Good

At first I was sceptical about my order due to all these bad reviews, however my order got shipped just over a week after placing (during Christmas and COVID) and customer service got back to me within the time frame set. Customer service were apologetic about the time orders were taking and very friendly.

I'm really disappointed

I'm really disappointed. I ordered just before christmas: super fast shipping. I asked for a relay point delivery in France, my package was stolen by the carrier.
Since then? No response from Jaded customer service, I even opened a dispute on Paypal: no sign of them. It was my boyfriend's gift and now I feel like I've been scammed out of my money.
